Kangaroo Physycs Engine – Basic test

This is a basic test made with Kangaroo Physics Engine for Grasshopper.

The Grasshopper definition generates a grid with triangular cells, while the Kangaroo components create spring forces applied to the “beams” and gravity applied to the nodes.
The size of the triangular cells is editable as well as the strength and direction of “gravity”: these parameters can be edited in real-time even during the simulation.

Grid size is editable too, but not during the simulation: editing the grid size affects the amount of anchor points and nodes in the model, therefore changing the amount of forces, and this makes the Kangaroo Physics Engine component “go red” (error).
